Before starting her Cleveland-based firm, Zust & Company, Christine worked within the chamber of commerce, convention and meetings and urban development industries.
As “the Communication Queen,” Christine provides engaging keynote presentations, seminars, facilitated sessions and individual coaching. She shares her global experiences through storytelling and interactive programs. Audiences enjoy her practical tips, tools and refreshing sense of humor.
Christine is a member of the National Speakers Association and past president of its Ohio chapter, NSA Ohio. She has held leadership positions with the American Society for Training and Development, Cleveland chapter, the International Coach Federation-Cleveland and Sales &
Marketing Executives of Cleveland. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, Council of Smaller Enterprises, and National Association of Women Business Owners.
Christine received The Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Kent State University. She is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
