BIOGRAPHY Christine Zust works with people who want to enhance their communication effectiveness and professional success, and with companies to develop more productive leaders and teams. She has more than 25 years of experience in communication and leadership. She is president of Zust & Company, a Cleveland-based communication training, facilitation and consulting firm. Christine works with executives, emerging leaders and management teams to develop credibility and clout with key clients, customers and constituents. She guides positive change through strategic communication and planning, positioning, interpersonal and intergenerational communication. She has held management and leadership positions in the public and private sectors. Christine is a member of the National Speakers Association and NSA Ohio, American Society for Training and Development, International Association of Facilitators, Cleveland Coach Federation, National Association of Women Business Owners, Greater Cleveland Partnership, Council of Smaller Enterprises and the Better Business Bureau of Greater Cleveland. Zust & Company is a certified Female Business Enterprise. Christine received a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Kent State University. She received The Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. |
